How to measure your pupillary distance (PD.)

Instructions
1) Print to “actual size.”
2) With scissors, cut-out the three grey boxes.
3) Locate the V slot over your nose.
4) Keep the paper taut and straight.
5) Measure the distance between each of your pupils.
Left eye: Eg. 31.5mm Right eye: Eg. 32mm
Female average: 31mm / Male average: 32mm
Don’t worry if your eyes measure differently. Asymmetry is totally normal.
